Let's bridge ... youth on the move!
In Tuscany and Umbria, Genfest has started! 100 young people at the Don BoscoYouth Center of San Leo (Arezzo) gathered together for a day of sports and more.
It was a special opportunity to talk and, above all, live the proposal for Genfest and the project of a united world. Sunday, March 25, at the premises of the Oratory Don Bosco Youth Center in SanLeo (Arezzo), there was a full day, entitled 'Let's Bridge... Youth on the Move”. Organized by Gen and the Youth for a United World of Tuscany and Umbria, it was an opportunity to promote Genfest to about 100 young people gathered from various cities of the two regions. The program was very varied; lunch and mass already proved to be important moments of getting acquainted and of sharing, and then various workshops (games, volleyball, soccer, basketball, tango, music, etc ...)
"We had fun and got to know each other, but above all," says Mariana," we were able to convey to them with our lives, with sports, dance and music, that a united world starts within us and the relationships that we strive to establish in various activities we pursue. " At the end of the day, the invitation to Genfest was received with great enthusiasm and desire to participate! It all ended with a dinner buffet of multiethnic flavors and excellent live music. "It was definitely a great start to spreading Genfest" says Mark, and Ilaria, "but surely the number of participants will grow, thanks to the work in every city and events such as May 1 at Loppiano".
Let’s continue ahead together in this adventure to Budapest ... Let's bridge!
